We had the most amazing romantic escape in North Wales. the location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful and picturesque setting with easy access to all the attractions in the area. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel valued throughout our stay. the room was beautifully decorated and had a spacious bathroom with a fantastic walk-in power shower. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We also loved the option of having cocktails and enjoying the beautiful views from the conservatory or patio.
That our room didn't have an iron and board, which would have been helpful. But overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return for another romantic getaway.

On a positive note, the location was great for exploring the beautiful Snowdonia area. the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.
Our Easter stay was a letdown. the room was small and had a disappointing view.

The location was great and the size and comfort of the bed were outstanding. The food was delicious, especially the Welsh breakfast. We also appreciated the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, like a noisy extractor fan in another room and the room door being left unlocked by housekeeping, overall I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very smart and the staff were exceptional. They really looked after us and were very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for exploring Snowdonia, the coast, and Anglesey. Plus, the food in the restaurant was amazing.
The restaurant menu was quite expensive and didn't offer much variety. the bedroom we stayed in was a bit small and lacked storage space.
